In this month’s sewing class, we’re supposed to make a fabric-covered binder with clear pockets inside the front and back covers. I’m opting instead to repeat a past class in order to complete one of my goals for the month: make more baby blankets for gifts.
In preparation for the class, I cut out minky to make four baby blankets. One for a co-workers future baby boy, one for another co-worker’s daughter’s second birthday gift, and two for a long-time friend’s future twin baby girls. Last time around I made a bear, but this time around I cut material to make all of the different animals. Curious what they all are? You’ll easily be able to figure out with a little bit of sleuthing. Otherwise, class is on Wednesday, and I’m optimistic that I’ll be able to get most of the blankets together during the three-hour span. So, you should have the answer by the end of the week.
I bet you’re sitting on the edge of your seat in anxious anticipation!
