This September I’m joining Zoe at ‘So, Zo…’ in a challenge to wear something handmade every day for thirty days. This post marks the sixth update of my progress.

What: The Good-Enough-for-a-First-Try Running Skirt
Where: To track practice. Since I’m just now starting to feel better, I was there to mostly cheer on my teammates as they did a workout; it was just easy miles for me. This skirt is another repeat (see September 4th), but I got a better photo of it this time thanks to my husband and my iPhone.

What: Refashioned Sorbetto Blouse
Where: To work. Another repeat (see September 5th), but this time more for a bit of color under my pink cardigan. We’re still eating leftovers from my birthday party, so here I am getting ready to heat up a baked pasta dish for the Wednesday weekly theme.

What: A self-silk-screened shirt: “Official Intern Team Zissou” logo in white on a navy T shirt
Where: To work. Data analysis all day. But, at least I’ve got my fabric cut for the Circle-Skirt Sew-Along!

What: The Secret Garden Pleated Skirt
Where: Today this skirt is my birthday skirt. I wore it to work where I crunched numbers, ate lunch with friends (complete with a fabulous birthday cupcake!), shared cake with co-workers, and got surprised by my darling husband. This entire outfit is almost but not quite a repeat (see September 7th). I paired it with a yellow shirt this time though.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY AMY!! I do love that skirt – great with the red cardi.
Happy Birthday! Sounds like you had a great day 🙂
Glad you had a great birthday! I love your Team Zissou shirt, fabulous! My husband would love one of those – he has a Baumer shirt that he wears almost constantly, he clearly needs another Anderson film shirt in his repertoire…
