C’est fini!

The last hand stitch is in place, and the only thing left is to take photos. Any suggestions for a great back drop for a classic navy dress that’s covered in fun polkadots and accented by a web of stripes?

  1. in complete agreement with a brightly colored wall, though I’d try for orange as yellow can mess with skin tones… hot pink would rock too… but bright definitely, so the dress pops, and you stand out on the entries page… can’t wait to see it!!!

  2. The Palace of Fine Arts 🙂 Very SF and classy and the orangy-red walls would probably make it pop in all its beauty.
Oh, Hi from the East Bay! i never commented on your blog but i do read it and love it 🙂 Good luck with the contest, i’m sure it will be a winner! Are you going to be at the Colette Patterns event in Oakland?

      1. Agree! I did a photo shoot there last June of my kids and their two cousins. Fabulous place for a shoot!

  3. Isn’t that such a great feeling when you finish a project. As for location shoot… what about in front of an old cinema. I’m assuming there is one around you.

  4. GAH! This looks gorgeous! I like Maddie’s idea of an old cinema….and its a Friday afternoon and I can’t think that hard for myself! Ha! Can’t wait to see it.
